Must be at least 18 or completed gr. 12. This is a full-time summer job.
If you're interested in working at Pinelodge, then we're interested in getting to know you! Being a part of the core staff at Pinelodge looks like locking arms with the people around you, and heading into a battlefield of ministry together. The Lord will use you and your fellow staff members to make an impact all for His kingdom and His glory. God is going to change you and mold you during your time at camp, and He will use the people around you to support you, lift you up, and spur you on. We look forward to working with you as you serve others, impact young people for Christ, and build life-long friendships.

VOLUNTEER CABIN LEADER
Must be at least 16.
As a PLBC Volunteer you have the opportunity to serve in meaningful ways at camp which include Cabin Leading, helping run activity skill blocks, wide games, chapel and investing spiritually into kids lives.
S.A.L.T. Program
Must be at least 15.
“Servant and Leadership Training” at PLBC is our future staff entry point program for young people. If you would like to serve at PLBC for a few weeks during the summer, you will learn how to lead through bible training and doing the behind-the-scene jobs at camp. SALTs are defined as campers, not as staff, and in this are afforded the chance to be pushed and to grow, while having the security and support of the PLBC team and SALT Coordinators. Come and grow in your relationship with God as you serve alongside new friends!

Filling our kids bellies with good food is crucial to insuring PLBC campers have the best possible camp experience they can have! Don’t ever under estimate the power of food!

For anyone with training beyond standard first-aid. Slapping bandaids on bumps and bruises and wiping tears is incredibly important in our highly active environment! Always better safe than sorry!
